One of my mentors at NC State suggested I look for jobs in environmental anthropology as it is a constantly growing field, and I could put my love of geography, my passion for nature preservation, and my people-skills to good use. This week, I took her advice and started looking for jobs in this area.

For those of us interested in education, there is a Prospect & Research Analyst position at The Paideia School in Atlanta, Georgia. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a couple of years of experience in prospect research/management, including at least one year of experience analyzing data sets and producing highly readable, informative reports and presentations. You will “utilize a broad range of research techniques, tools and approaches to identify and qualify major gift prospects, while working directly with fundraisers to track prospects as they move through the donor cultivation cycle.” More details here.
